Protect yourself

Fraudsters may impersonate CONTENT24 TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (“Content24”) to steal credentials, payments, or personal data. This page explains how to verify official Content24 communications and where to report suspicious activity.

Official Content24 channels

Common warning signs

  • Urgent requests for passwords, MFA codes, crypto payments, or wire transfers.
  • Emails from free webmail domains claiming to be Content24 staff.
  • Look-alike domains (e.g. content24-support.com, content24-login.net).
  • Fake job offers asking for upfront fees or identity documents via unofficial channels.
  • Social media accounts offering “free unlimited” access in exchange for payment or account details.
  • Investment schemes claiming guaranteed returns from “Content24 partners”.

What we will never do

  • Ask for your password or full payment card details by email or chat.
  • Request payment outside our official checkout or invoicing process.
  • Promise guaranteed investment returns on behalf of Content24.
  • Ask you to install remote-access software for “support” without a verified ticket.

If you suspect fraud

Do not click links or open attachments if you are unsure. Do not share credentials.

Forward suspicious emails to legal@content24.ai with full headers if possible.

If you believe your Content24 account is compromised, reset your password immediately and contact support via our contact page.

If you lost money to a scam impersonating Content24, contact your bank and local law enforcement in addition to notifying us.
