By accessing, subscribing to, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page to reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.1. Limited License. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

3.2. Availability. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw, or modify the Service without prior notice.

4.1. Registration. To access certain features, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

4.2. Account Security. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

4.3. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

5.1. Our IP. All intellectual property rights in the Service, including the software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to CONTENT24 TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED. No license or rights are granted except as explicitly stated in these Terms.

5.2. User Content. You retain ownership of all data, text, and content you create or upload ("User Content").

5.3. License Grant. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and process your content solely for the operation and improvement of the Service.

6.1. Billing. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Service according to your selected subscription plan.

6.2. No Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

6.3. Price Changes. We may modify pricing at any time with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

8.1. By You. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

8.2. By Us. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a manner that may harm us or others.

8.3. Effect. Upon termination, your access to the Service will immediately cease. Certain obligations, including payment, confidentiality, and intellectual property clauses, will survive termination.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable EU laws. Data is processed and stored securely on our Hetzner Cloud (EU) and supported by AWS and Cloudflare, following ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 9001 certified standards.

For business users, data processing is governed by a separate Data Processing Addendum (DPA) available upon request.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CONTENT24 TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, its affiliates, and personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cyprus. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

CONTENT24 TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED operates under an ISO/IEC 27001-certified Information Security Management System (ISMS) and an ISO/IEC 9001-certified Quality Management System. These frameworks govern data handling, process integrity, and operational controls across all Content24 services.
